Not changed. Source code was changed , but that is incomplete ,and
the wakeup code in acpi.c is not changed.

Current Issue.
1. Userland interface.
	Now, event notification mechanism was proposed.So power 
	policy managemer can be live in userland.
2. Recovering from Sleep.
3. Configuration issue. Especially,over pci bridge.
	We cannot distinguish pcib, isab from others without looking
	PCI configuration register.
4. Os initiated Suspend-to-Disk.
