We're mostly working for 1.0 coverage, but bearing 2.0 in mind.  Where 
it's possible and practical to cover both, that's desirable.

See eg. the ACPI CPU stuff I just did; it's mostly 1.0 compliant but 
considers the 2.0 issues in its design.
