Hi,

Which acpi_cpu line?
	acpi_cpu0: <CPU> on acpi0
or
acpi_cpu: CPU throttling enabled, 8 steps from 100% to 12.5%

# I guess first one, right?

OK, could you try to disable sub-drivers one by one in order to figure
out which driver has the problem? To disable sub-driver, please refer
the acpi(4) manpage. Currently, the following keywords are available.
bus, children, button, cpu, ec, lid, pci, sysresource, thermal and timer.

Please let me know the result. Good luck.

Thanks
