I've posted this problem already a few weeks ago, but now i've a recent
kernel 
(cvsup'ed 20 minutes ago) and the newest acpi-patch applied 
(acpica-20021118-20021122-test20021128.diff).
Along comes the dmesg output of my Machine, my kernel options, and the 
acpidump output. (hope this helps)
