Yah still the same problem :-(
I'm running -current, this machine has not seen -release.

It's quite annoying when you have to move to an other work space and you
have to power down the laptop to avoid panic's.

I haven't tried suspend to disk or to memory but when I close the lid
it goes to sleep (and screen = black) and after I open the lid again and
hit a key it comes back to live (even from X).
