Given the number of people that have broken ACPI code in their
machine, that strikes me as a much more useful utility to have in the
base system than, say, dtmfdecode or qcamcontrol.  If people didn't
need to hack their ACPI so much, you may have a good point.  However,
given the intel guy's views on 'your acpi is broken, fix it' rather
than 'ok, ms did X, so will we' I think we gotta have it in the base.
