(I hope I got your names right, I've cc'd acpi-jp@ in case I messed up
 so that you will still get this e-mail.)

Is there a chance that the structure definitions for all the missing
MADT entry types as well as APIC_xxx macros for the entry types could
be added to actbl.h?  I can generate a patch if that would help get
this in.  Currently we have the missing tables defined in two different
places and I am about to add a third.  I'd really like to be able to
have this all in one place if possible.  Thanks.
