To do:
------
Chapter 14 (serial communications)
Chapter 22 (kernel debugging)

Breakdown of the above:
-----------------------
Chapter 14 is another one of those topics I don't know jack about. It
was assembled from the FAQ (at least parts of it were), so it might need
some updating done to it. If it doesn't, restructuring won't be a
problem.

Chapter 16 is one I plan on working on. Hopefully we'll get the bits
that are supposedly being worked on in time for me to add them in. If I
don't get them, I'll just restructure what there since it's pretty much
up-to-date.

Also, we're going to need to go through the completed bits and make sure
that they're up-to-date for 4.0-R.

Parts not being printed:
------------------------
Chapter 19 (contributing to FreeBSD)
Chapter 20 (source tree guidelines and policies)
Chapter 21 (adding new kernel configuration options)
Appendices - None of them. We can add bits of each that are considered
relevant or useful to the end of the book (such as where to
get FreeBSD or possibly mailing lists or somesuch), but for
the most part this stuff isn't needed.. for example, no one
is going to print out a list of PGP keys, etc..
