I'm not sure I understand just what I'd be inviting them to do here,
however, and would need a bit of clarification on that first.

I also almost hesitate to point out that this process is more
traditionally accomplished by simply submitting and having accepted a
paper to the conference(s) you wish to attend.  Once that happens,
it's very clear that the conference in question wants you to come and
equally clear to the company that you should be sent. :-)
