I understand. But it doesn't affect just US-ASCII answers, but some
ISO8859-1 characters(because we use it in class operator) still have a
problem.

Some part of LC_TIME definition has a strict limitation for character
length. My concern is whether LC_MONETARY has similiar thing. If not, I
don't have any reason not to specify it in EUC.
