But,I was did those thing....
#ln -s /usr/share/locale/lt.LN.ISO_8859-1/LC_COLLATE /usr/share/locale/
ja_JP.EUC
#cp /A/src /tmp/ja_JP.EUC.src
#cd tmp
#uudecode ja_JP.EUC.src
#gzip -d ja_JP.EUC.src.gz
#sed '/^#/d' ja_JP.EUC.src > /usr/share/locale/ja_JP.EUC/LC_TIME

There are no $B%(%i(B $B%a%C%;!<%8$G$9!*(B

And added <setenv LC_TIME "japanese"> to $HOME/.tcshrc

Why it still display English to me??
