This test case serves for testing, if the serial and parallel versions
create exactly the same results when running with or without a restart.

At first the code runs with a given number of processors and produces
a restart file for every timestep. Then the code performs a restart from
one of the earlier produced restart files and writes out new restart files
itself. This is done for a various number of processes.

The restart files of all runs are than compared using the md5sum, as they
need to be bit-identical.

The 'physical' foundament of this testcase is a 2d gaussian pulse.

By default this script checks last restart write and read files
i.e files written at tmax in config file
